Building a strong foundation for you
ARCINUE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (ADC) is a corporation headed by ROBERTO LL. ARCINUE, the sole proprietor of R.LL.ARCINUE CONSTRUCTION (RLAC). RLAC has been known in the Philippines as a major construction company, having played major roles in the industry since 1974. RLAC was awarded important projects through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) because of its track record of delivering high quality performance in all its undertakings.
In the mid-1990s, R.LL.ARCINUE CORPORATION played a primary role in the construction of the Sual Power Plant, the largest power plant in the Philippines. Working with foreign Construction Managers and Engineering Design Consultants, ADC applied international standards on the entire project undertaking: 70% of the site development that involved excavation, loading, hauling, spreading and compaction of three million cu.m. soft and hard materials; drilling and blasting operations; construction of 158-room facility buildings to house the British, American, Japanese, French, Australian and Japanese executives and their Filipino counterparts involved in the project. The main clubhouse, swimming pool, the perimeter fence enclosing 120 hectares of land, 10-km. concrete access road and the 120-hectare ash pond landfill were all part of the complex that was accomplished and inaugurated in due time.
To facilitate a faster, on-schedule completion of the PALMAS VERDES housing development, ADC upgraded its rock crushing plant in San Fabian, Pangasinan. A hi-tech batching plant located at the actual site of the PALMAS VERDES project ensures the immediate delivery of concrete materials, a major component of the poured concrete (buhos) Form-A-Wall construction technology. ARCINUE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a fully equipped construction company, is set to include PALMAS VERDES among its long line of successful projects.
